Drawing on over three decades of banking, marketplace leadership, and ministry experience, Dr. Olatunji Sobodu examines how the nine components of the fruit of the Spirit apply not only to personal formation but to the full exercise of leadership authority, team building, organisational culture, and institutional legacy.
The book argues that every significant leadership failure is, at its root, a character failure. Not a strategy failure, a communication failure, or a resource failure — a character failure. And it shows, chapter by chapter, what each dimension of the fruit of the Spirit looks like when it governs the way a leader loves their team, carries pressure, exercises authority, makes decisions under uncertainty, and builds institutions that outlast their personal presence.
Part Four delivers the Fruitful Leadership Practice Plan — a structured, five-movement cycle for converting conviction into formed character.
